Criminals shot a land dealer on Thursday in Patna. Locals rushed the land dealer to Patna’s Nalanda Medical College Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. The deceased has been identified as Aurangzeb alias Munmun, 45 years old. After the news of the incident, there was a sensation in the entire area. After getting the information of the incident, the police reached the spot, took the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem and started further action.
The deceased was involved in land business
Regarding the incident, the local people told that Munmun used to deal in land. The people of the village believe that he must have had a dispute with someone regarding the money transaction of land. That is why the criminals who came on foot shot him. The bullet hit Munmun’s head and he fell on the spot and started writhing. As soon as the shot was fired, people from the vicinity gathered there. In a hurry, the local people admitted him to Patna’s Nalanda Medical College Hospital for treatment, where he died. The local people informed Khajekala police station about this.
Police is checking CCTV
As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started scanning the CCTV cameras around the spot. Giving information about the incident, police station in-charge Prabhat Ranjan Saxena said that the police have recovered two bullet shells from the spot. He said that the criminals shot Munmun in the head. After the incident, the police collected all the evidence from the spot in a scientific manner and started a raid operation against the criminals. He said that the criminals will be arrested soon.
